Paul Simpson
Managing Director, Aria Land
Paul founded Aria Land in March 2004. As Aria’s Managing Director his principal activities are sourcing development opportunities and overseeing the company’s development management responsibilities.
Paul has nearly 30 years' experience in property and asset management throughout Australia and Asia. From '91-'01, he was Managing Director of ten companies in Hong Kong employing over 4,000 staff, within Sun Hung Kai Properties, the world’s leading property developer.
Paul’s tertiary education includes law, business administration and completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Glenn Bailey
Consultant, Aria Land
Glenn joined Aria Land in 2004 as Development Manager and has
been heavily involved in all aspects of each Aria Land development,
including co-ordinating and overseeing site due diligence, planning,
design, sales and marketing, construction and settlement activities.
Prior to joining Aria Land Glenn worked with several private and public companies as a senior business analyst, during which time he was involved in asset management, financial modelling and feasibility studies, corporate restructuring and capital raisings. Glenn started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia and is a Chartered Accountant.
Richard Patterson
Consultant, Aria Land
Richard has provided consultancy services to Aria since early 2006. His involvement covers all areas of project sourcing, analysis and negotiation, and development management.
Richard's skills have developed over a broadly based 30 year business career encompassing banking, property finance and valuation, large scale engineering construction, property development and asset management - both in Australia and internationally.
Richard holds an Associate Diploma in Valuation from Curtin University.
Tony Metcalf
Managing Director, Aria Projects
Tony is one of the State’s most respected project managers, with over twenty years of local and international experience in the property and construction industry. This experience has been both broad and balanced and includes implementing processes and procedures, reporting, budgeting and managing service quality, client relationships and expectations.
Tony is currently providing programme management, strategic planning and construction consulting services to major clients across many sectors including utilities, retail, residential, hospitality, corporate real estate, banking/finance and education.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Quantity Surveying) from Curtin University.
