Our Profile

Aria Land is a specialist provider of two interrelated services:

• Property Development; and
• Development Management.

Our business model entails sourcing Western Australian property development opportunities with equity for these developments being provided in-house and/or by select investors. Aria Land then deploys a full suite of development management services throughout each project.

Aria Land seeks to remain a ‘boutique’ operation, developing a maximum of three projects at any one time, in order to provide the necessary attention to detail for which we are recognised.

Our philosophies include the maintenance of the highest standards of business ethics and exemplary delivery, to our joint venture partners, equity investors and purchasers of the apartments we develop.
