Freshwater
1 Freshwater Parade, Claremont

  • Freshwater Claremont Pty Ltd, a company controlled by Aria Land, has received approval of its Development Application for the construction of a landmark residential and commercial development to be known as Freshwater.
  • The project is to be built on a prime 5,000sqm site at the corner of Stirling Highway and Freshwater Parade, Claremont, in the heart of Perth's prestigious Western Suburbs.
  • The 5 level development, which will enjoy expansive river views, will comprise 45 residences and 870sqm of commercial office space.
  • The residences will range in size from 74sqm (1 bedroom + study), to 167sqm (3 bedroom + study). All will feature double-glazing, Miele kitchens, superior finishes and fittings, high ceilings, large balconies and generous parking and storage.
  • Apartment prices will range from $690,000 to $2.5m.
  • Registrations of Interest will be taken over February and March, and sales will formally commence in April 2012.
  • Construction will commence in the third quarter of 2012 and be completed by the second quarter of 2014.
  • Freshwater will have an end value of $70 million.
  • Aria Land is the Development Manager for the project.

48 Riversdale Road, Rivervale

  • Aria Land is the Principal Investor, Developer and Development Manager for a luxury high rise residential development to be located at the river's edge in The Springs in Rivervale.
  • Landcorp has recognised the strategic importance of The Springs area (given its proximity to the Swan River and Perth CBD) and is committed to transforming the area into a vibrant medium to high density residential and mixed-use community. Once completed it is anticipated The Springs will be similar to the Subiaco and East Perth redevelopments. LandCorp's site-works for this significant urban renewal project have commenced.
  • The Riversdale Road site is one of the few remaining north-facing riverfront development sites in Perth and boasts spectacular river and city views.
  • The development will consist of a landmark 12 level tower providing 27 oversize 3 bedroom, 2 and 1 bathroom luxury apartments, and 7 two-level river and park villas.
  • The Development Application has been approved by the City of Belmont and is now awaiting the approval of the WAPC.

The Moorings
Batavia Coast Marina, 285 Foreshore Drive, Geraldton

  • Aria Land was the developer and Development Manager for The Moorings, a luxury mixed-use development located on the boardwalk of the Batavia Coast Marina in Geraldton.
  • The development, which comprises 16 oversize luxury residences and 3 strata office suites over four levels, is now recognised as Geraldton’s premier address.
  • Each apartment enjoys spectacular views of the Batavia Coast Marina and the Indian Ocean beyond.
  • Construction commenced in March, 2009 and was completed in July, 2010.
  • The Moorings had an end value of $24 million.

West One
1303 Hay St, West Perth

  • Aria Land was the co-developer and Development Manager for West One.
  • West One is West Perth's first luxury high rise residential apartment development comprising 55 apartments and an al fresco café in a 9 level tower fronting Hay Street and 4 walk-up apartments and a home office in a 3 level building fronting Ventnor Avenue.
  • West One was completed in September, 2007 and is located in the heart of West Perth's restaurant precinct and cappuccino strip.
  • West One sold out 12 months prior to completion.

Observatory
1 Ord St, West Perth

  • Aria Land acted as Development Manager for this high-end residential development.
  • Observatory, entailed 48 luxury apartments, all enjoying a superb easterly aspect and views over Parliament House to Perth's city skyline and the Swan River.
  • As Development Manager, Aria Land oversaw the preparation and approval of Observatory's Development Application and marketing campaign which resulted in the development being 100% pre-sold in the first weekend of the public launch.
  • Due to changing market conditions, the owners of the site are pursuing a revised development concept entailing circa 3,000m2 of A-grade commercial space.
