The Moorings
Batavia Coast Marina, 285 Foreshore Drive, Geraldton

  • Aria Land is the developer and Development Manager for The Moorings, a luxury mixed-use development to be located on the boardwalk of the Batavia Coast Marina in Geraldton.
  • The development will comprise 16 oversize luxury residences and 3 strata office suites over four levels.
  • Each apartment will enjoy spectacular views of the Batavia Coast Marina and the Indian Ocean beyond.
  • A Development Application for this project has been approved by the City of Geraldton-Greenough.
  • The Moorings will be completed by mid-2010 and will have an end value of $23 million.

Jardin
5 Barrack St, Perth

  • Aria Land was responsible for achieving an approved Development Application for 5 Barrack Street, perhaps the premier residential development site in the Perth CBD.
  • Jardin will be Perth's finest residential address and will comprise 20 whole floor residences of 213m2 and a penthouse of 231m2, all enjoying sweeping views of the Swan River over the Stirling and Supreme Court Gardens.

48 Riversdale Road, Rivervale

  • Aria Land is the principal investor, developer and Development Manager for a luxury high rise residential development to be located at the river's edge in The Springs in Rivervale.
  • Landcorp has recognised the strategic importance of The Springs area (given its proximity to the Swan River and Perth CBD) and is committed to transforming the area into a vibrant medium to high density residential and mixed-use community. Once completed it is anticipated The Springs will be similar to the Subiaco and East Perth redevelopments. LandCorp expects site-works for this urban renewal project to commence in early-2009.
  • The site is one of the few remaining north-facing riverfront sites in Perth and boasts spectacular river and city views.
  • The development will consist of a landmark 12 level tower providing 27 oversize 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartments, and 7 two-level river and park villas.
  • The Development Application has been approved by the City of Belmont and is now awaiting the approval of the WAPC.

Shoreline
159 West Coast Highway, Scarborough

  • Aria Land has been appointed as Development Manager for perhaps Western Australia's finest ocean-front site.
  • Shoreline will comprise 8 luxury beach houses and 29 luxury residential apartments.
  • The site is located on the western side of West Coast Highway, north of Observation Rise in Scarborough.
  • Shoreline will redefine apartment living in Scarborough, entailing large apartments (internal areas of 180-220m2), the highest standards of finishes and uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean and 30km of beaches.
  • Marketing is expected to commence early-2009 and the development is scheduled for completion late-2011.

Completed Projects

West One
1303 Hay St, West Perth

  • Aria Land was the co-developer and Development Manager for West One, with Grant Samuel Property as the principal investor in the project.
  • West One is West Perth's first luxury high rise residential apartment development comprising 55 apartments and an al fresco café in a 9 level tower fronting Hay Street and 4 walk-up apartments and a home office in a 3 level building fronting Ventnor Avenue.
  • West One was completed in September, 2007 and is located in the heart of West Perth's restaurant precinct and cappuccino strip.
  • West One sold out 12 months prior to completion.

Observatory
1 Ord St, West Perth

  • Aria Land acted as Development Manager for this high-end residential development.
  • Observatory, entailed 48 luxury apartments, all enjoying a superb easterly aspect and views over Parliament House to Perth's city skyline and the river.
  • As Development Manager, Aria Land oversaw the preparation and approval of Observatory's Development Application and marketing campaign which resulted in the development being 100% pre-sold in the first weekend of the public launch.
  • Due to changing market conditions, the owners of the site are pursuing a revised development concept entailing circa 3,000m2 of A-grade commercial space.
